6. Non-Refundable Payments

All purchases, including subscriptions and credits, are non-refundable and final, except as provided under our 24-hour refund policy (see Section 17).

7. VPN & Proxy Usage

We allow the use of VPNs and proxies when accessing our service. However, any misuse intended to bypass subscription limits or content protections is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for providing accurate and current personal information. You are also responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity conducted under your account.

9. Device Compatibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device(s) meet the minimum system and compatibility requirements necessary to access our services. Details are available in our Help section or via customer support.

10. Internet Usage & Data Charges

You are responsible for all internet service fees, mobile data charges, or other connectivity costs incurred while using our platform.

11. Subscription Limitations

Each subscription allows for one active stream at a time. Subscription sharing across households or multiple users is prohibited. If you wish to stream on multiple devices simultaneously, you must purchase additional subscriptions.

12. Purchase Terms

All purchases must follow the instructions outlined on our website. Product prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions are subject to change at our discretion without notice.

13. Downtime & Service Interruptions

We may temporarily suspend access to services for maintenance, upgrades, or due to technical issues. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without liability or prior notice.

16. Payment Terms

By completing a transaction, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount of the order.

17. 24-Hour Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour refund window from the time of your purchase. If you experience any technical issues or are unsatisfied with the service, you must contact us within 24 hours of your transaction to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Conditions:

• Refunds are only available within the first 24 hours of purchase.

• Refunds will not be issued after the 24-hour window.

• No refunds will be issued for:

  • User error (wrong device setup, unsupported hardware)

  • VPN or network issues outside of our control

  • Account bans due to terms violations

  • Used or partially used subscriptions
