Refund Eligibility

We offer a 100% refund if our technical support team is unable to resolve a verified technical issue within 2 business days of your report. You must cooperate during the troubleshooting process and provide the requested information or access for testing.


Cases Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Non-Technical Issues: Refunds will not be issued for issues unrelated to our service, such as:

    • Poor internet connection

    • Incompatible devices

    • User configuration errors

  • Violation of Terms of Use: If your account is suspended due to misuse or breach of our Terms of Use, no refund will be granted.

  • Extended Usage: If you have used the service for a significant portion of your subscription and then report an issue, only a partial refund (if any) may be issued, based on the remaining subscription time.

  • Incorrect Information: Refunds will not be granted if you:

    • Provided an incorrect MAC address or device ID

    • Selected the wrong device type

    • Failed to follow setup instructions
      Once activated, subscriptions are non-transferable between devices.


How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:

  2. Include:

    • The email address used for your order

    • Your invoice number

    • Your MAC address or device ID (if applicable)

  3. Provide a brief explanation of the issue and what troubleshooting steps have been attempted.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed as soon as possible. However, depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 21–30 business days for the refund to appear in your bank or card account.
